Sweat Salts

Sweat Salts are for serious athletes who need to keep on top of their hydration when sweating heavily. Each capsule provides the key electrolytes lost in sweat and the buffered composition aids fluid absorption whilst remaining easy on the stomach. The blister packed capsules are convenient to carry with you whilst you are training and racing.

In general take 1-2 Sweat Salt capsules per hour with water or other fluid during sweaty exercise. When the activity is more extreme or if conditions are very hot, a higher dosage of Sweat Salts may be required for some people. We do not recommend taking more than 10 capsules per day.

Every athlete sweats differently in terms of rate and composition so for a more comprehensive individualized hydration strategy book a sweat test at one of our sweat test centres.
